Can You Put A T51R Turbo In Scion XD?

Tha homie and me was just wondering, is it possible to put a Big T51R Turbo in A Scion XD. He just likes fixing up cars and he has tha money to do so. And tha Scion XD is his lil sister's car. And were just helping her fix it up. We want her to get another car, but she likes tha XD, because she says its cute and plus its her first car that she actually bought with her own money. lol. She wants her car to be FAST and FEROCiOUSLY CUTE!! lol. So yeah...

Scion xD's were not made for performance. Turbocharging things isn't always the best way to get power out of an engine you know, try looking at the exhaust and intake.
