I need some advice. I have a 2006 scion xa that i bought used. It didn't come with any key fob or any Original keys. The dealer didn't know if it has key less entry and said it would be $65 just to check it. I called the actual scion company and they said well they cant tell even from a VIN if the car had key less entry or not. Does anyone know if there is some other way to find out? The car has power locks and when you put the key in the door and turn it, all the locks in the car unlock. I would like to just be able to purchase a replacement key fob and program it and use it, but I do not know if it will work like that.
