How to install fog lights to a 2005 Scion xA?

I bought a set of fog lights online and it came with no instructions. I looked online for some answers and came across www.trdsparks.com/install/81025-52080inst.pdf but its not helping!
im really frustrated and so if anyone could help and give me some basic instructions, it would really put a smile on my face. thanks!

Were they OEM Scion foglights or not? If they are OEM there should be an online source fi the instructions. I am about to do this to my '04 xA so I will be interested in finding the answer. Good luck!
