2009 Honda Fit vs. Scion xD?

I've dwindled my choices between two cars, would like to hear what other people's opinions are of these two cars, and which one you would like better.

We bought a Fit, but that had more to do with the fact that we found one used. They are insanely comparable, so test driving is really the only yardstick you will have. The only objective observation I can provide that places the Fit above the xD is the rear seat versatility. Other than that, there are some differences in the sound infiltration at highway speeds (not one is louder than the other, but one has more road noise, the other more engine noise -- which do you prefer?). I like the manual shifter on the xD better, but I have been told other folks that they prefer the Fit shifter, so this is pretty subjective. I prefer the "normal" placement of the Fit dash, but I think the xD dash is more readable. I could go either way with the radio and A/C controls.

Go with the Fit, its fun to drive, comfortable, reliable, fuel effcient. The Honda Fit is the best rated car in its category.

ide buy the scion ,,, the fit isn't the safest car to be in lol kinda small in the front so if you get into a big car crash ............well lets just say you ll have injuries.

id prefer the honda fit over the scion xD
because it doesnt look like a box


also that guy behind me is nuts...
scion xD's have a really high center of gravity
my friend flipped his going to arizona some how...

fits have a good frame, ( i should know i worked on them)
low center of gravity
and good gas mileage
